Our History
The Foster and Adoptive Resource Exchange (FARE) was born at a table in a restaurant on Elm Street in Manchester NH in July 2018. A small group of foster parents had gotten together to talk about what more could be done to support foster families across NH. There are many amazing organizations out there but none that answered questions like:
Who will help pay for them to take karate?
Who will help pay for me to obtain additional training to better support the kids in my home?
Who is going to have time to gather the Foster Care community together to make memories?
Who is going to be by my side and support me as I pour myself out and make necessary sacrifices to love these children?
FARE is the answer to these questions.
